    hey guys,

I was just wondering if it's worth buying clutch springs or should i just go the full way and buy a new racing clutch?

I have an aerox(hence the name lol), hasn't had much done to it only a derestricted leo vince TT exhaust. However, i will in the near future go down the road of a 70cc kit, but only when funds are right! So is there any point in upgrading the springs? Or should i just wait?

Also on the weekend I'm going to be derestricting my variator by removing the washer. Once removed is there anything else I would have to do, such as upjet or anything?

    Thanks :)

to be honest i would reccomend waiting till u get the 70 kit and buy the sports clutch too. and new belt. if u change the springs now the only difference would be that u would have to rev higher to make the bike move...

and i dont know anything about roxs so i couldnt say about the derestriction, although thats probably just it. (Exhaust and variator)

Thanks bud! Yeah I'm just going to leave out the springs and get the clutch in time.

Although my friend suggested I buy a new variator kit, as it is a good investment on aerox's. So i had a look round and came across two, both Polini but one uses 6 rollers and the other 9. What is the difference? and which is better?

    Once again thank you!

Get the 6 rollers one. You can get 6 rollers from any scooter shop but the 9 rollers ones are harder to find. No performance increase but kinda scooter bling that noone can see or is bothered about

Oh right, I see what you mean, thanks man! Just one last question if I buy the 'Polini Transmission Kit' what gram rollers come with it? I assume you don't get a choice. In the picture there are two sets: one set is green, the other set is white ( if thats any help). I only ask as the website doesn't state it.

Pass, on which rollers come with it you would need to ring up the stockist. You definitely don't get a choice on which weight you get. Have a look at Scooter Center (google it) they will show you which colours correspond to each weight. They are a german company with the option of English translation. I would strongly recommend them they dispatch so quickly. I receive parts is 2 working days
