just got a problem with my bike if anyone can help me please ?
    basically got :

70cc kit on stage 6 sport pro
stage 6 clutch ( not sure which springs )
    kundo exhaust
    stage 6 reeds
standard variator ( does this need changing )

i have upjetted the bike ( rollers not set yet ) but does the clutch springs need changing to go with my exhaust?? does the standard variator need changing?

any ideas? its a malaguti f15

with that set up it would be worth buying a after market variator as the standard one is pants. And harder clutch springs will probs be needed :D or you could just buy a after market one

ye i think im going to go for the Malossi Multivar Variator

a friend told me to get the Malossi Multivar Variator and strong clutch springs and use the exhaust i have?

if i was to change should i get a well known one i.e polini yasuni doppler etc as long as i get the clutch springs with it???

yeah, you cna buy it 2nd hand and search for hte springs and rollers they give you then fit them and save your self a few £££ just by asking the place that sell them with the clutch springs and rollers, find what ones they are etc and search for them on ebay / online scooter shops

i know im a pain in the ass but what will i benefit from by getting a new variator?
obviously clutch springs to go with the existing exhaust
couldnt i just get a strong contrast spring?

    would that sort it?

to be honest mate with that kundo exhaust its not going to make much differnece wateva you put on and you shouldnt need to change the contra spring at this tuning stage, invest in a good exhaust before you try tune your scooter as a kundo exhasut is nothing special im not been an idiot with you im being onest
