Hi first you get the rear spring variator off with an impact wrench - Then - you put one of these on the big bolt and you take the whole thing in your hands (I wear gloves) and bang it on something solid. I use a wood block on the floor. http://www.ride-reaction.fr/outils/433-cle-embrayage-scooter-minarelli-41.html Get it a tiny bit loose - then either make a plywood board with a hole big enough to let you undo the bolt while you kneel on it - or use a knee and one hand while you undo the bolt with the other. Have fun !
finally gave up, beaten by a 15mm nut!!!! is there a way, an easy way of doing this that doesn't require nuckles.. good point is that the rejetting worked a treat! pity the wind blew it over and took out the nipple on the back hub and the oil flowed out and didn't notice till i tried to brake and couldn't because of oil on the back disc
