Hi I have a 2012 Yamaha aerox and I'm looking to get faster acceleration.

    I have in my aerox:
    Polini Variator
    Standard Clutch (Polini Blue Springs)
    17.5mm Carb
    3.5g Rollers (Stage 6)
    Stage 6 Exhaust

I have been told to get the "Polini 3G Speed Clutch 107mm" as it will make it have a faster acceleration speed, as it will work good with the Polini Variator I have. I was just wonder if anyone had the same set up and will confirm that this is true.
    Thanks

    Who told you that?
No clutch is going to make it have faster acceleration.
You need to time the clutch opening to bite at the point you want it to bite.
In other words, have a play with the springs.
Stronger springs keep the clutch slippers in longer, allowing the engine revs to build up higher before it throws out the slippers, bites on the clutch bell and you start to move.
Similar principle as going through the roller weights.
The down side of this is the engine needs to maintain a higher level of revs in order to keep the clutch engaged.
For example, going up hills. As you climb the hill the engine revs get lower, the clutch starts to dis-engage and you lose power to the back wheel and start to get clutch slip, or worse, no drive.
So, before you go throwing money at a new clutch, experiment with a range of different clutch springs first, amd also a torsion spring.
