Hi there ever since I took my bike to that shop the clutch is now fucked I fixed the speed up slow down problem was rollers they had 7.5grams in there! I now have 4G but it's a bit low. Going to go for 4.5 or 5. Will need to try both. Anyway this brings me onto my next problem.
I was changing the variater back over to the polini with the new rollers and I noticed that the clutch has a bright blue spot on it where it had got really hot! Well it's got alot bigger than this pic now but it shows what it is! What has caused this? What do I need to fix it? Do I need a special tool to remove the clutch? Is it going to cost me a bomb!

Oh thats ok then. Put my mine at ease. I currently have 4.0gram rollers in the ped at the moment. It's like it hits the powerband flys and then revs over would you say 4.6 or 4.9 would be the best?

check the roller guide first!!! and if that still dont help use a marker to mark four lines on the variator to check how far up the variator the belt is going!!! If the belt isnt going to the top drop ur roller weight!!
