clutch biting issues

sometimes when i pull away the clutch will enagage smoothly as it should other times its jerky and makes the bike do a little wheelie! would a worn out clutch spring cause this?

 

dose it make a lot of noise ?

 

thanks for the reply, i sorted it out now where ive been stuck in stop start traffic alot recently the clutch had glazed, took the bell housing off and gave the clutch shoes a little sand down running like new
