Cleaning tip advice on seat please?

    Hi ive tried a few things on the seat but it seems ingrained the scoot has been left outside uncovered for about 10 months and has some marks on it...

    I dont want to use anything to abrasive on the vinyl

    Has anyone found anything that restores the seat back to its former glory please
