Chinese Scooter no starting

This bike turns over fine won't start.

1. Check for spark that's fine. Also spark plug fine. It is wet with blackish liquid. Put my finger down where spark plug fits to check for fuel and if I'm honest my finger does not get wet.
2. Cdi works fine.
3. Fuel is pumping through and getting to the carburettor.
4.Battery is fine.

This is a 2016 Tonik 50. Worked fine for 5 months then one morning wouldn't start. Someone got it started for a short period of time. Said lots of smoke coming out of exhaust. Then next morning not worked and not started since. But as mention abo e turns over fine.

Any ideas?

 

Is it a 4 or 2 stroke

 

Sorry its a 4 stroke.

 

Smoking is never good. Could be rings or valve seals.

 

Pistons gone.

Sorry I thought I was posting on another post to an issue resolved this one is ongoing. I will check the pistons this week and update everyone.
