chineese scooter airsal kit not working

hello

I have 2017 tauris fuego 50cc 2 stroke chinese scooter and i instal new air cooled 70 cc kit airsal with stock carb and exhaust, scooter start but there is no power, i open the throttle and scooter dont even move forward, compared to original cylinder which works ok.
I also put back original head for more compression but still the same.
Do i need to change ignition timing ? I just check with eye and flywheel is on the spark sensor when piston is close to tdc, i dont know what else should i check, putting sport exhaust or carb tunning, right now the spark is a little burned with fuel. thanks for help
