Cheeky little Vespa LED mod...

So after my run-in with the law last week about a dodgy back light, I decided to rectify the situation by swapping out the rear brake light until with an LED replacement -

Dodgy back light -



Only the brake light works intermittently, no side lights.



Old unit removed, 6 years of road crud cleaned up!



New unit, side lights



New unit, brake lights.

The new unit draws less power using 1w for side lights and 3w for brake lights, versus the old unit which was 5w or 12w respectively.
