Chassis Number on a NRG Please Help

Hi Guys
As you may have seen on my previous posts the ped me n my son have done we thought time to send off to the dvla for log books etc However for the life of me i cant find the chassis number anywere on the frame there is a sticker in the seat bucket but its ectremelly worn out all i can find is a frame number below the bars this is no good as they sent me a letter saying basically no chassis number no logbooks...lol...i feel like a total dumbass for not checking prior to spending out on it.Is there a hidden location i aint checked Please help...

dvla have the reg,frame and engine numbers aparently this isnt good enough

i know u got old shape but its the same, they are on a little plate that comes out from a frame in this picture where malossi sticker is right at the beginning of it under the belly panel
