firstly accept that you wont sleep, honestly you just wont. may aswell accept it and get on with it
get in the shower, fresh clothes
grab a load of beers, enough to keep you tipsy all day
then grab at least an henry i always go for a half lol, YOU WILL ONLY FEEL GOOD WHILE SMOKING.
when you send it, you feel like shit so you just gotta hog that shit

eventually you'll just pass out, probly sleep for about 10-15 hours

the amount of times ive sat in my room trying to get tired, just dont work. Drums are worth it tho
