Changing tyre on 50cc 13"rim

Any one know the best way for changing the tyres, was going to try and change it with the tyre machine at work but its a car tyre one. Will it still work??
Is it to risky will it damage rim or rip tyre?

 

There was a thread on this a couple of months ago if you search. If you can get the wheel mounted properly on the machine then it'll be fine mostly

 

In new to this forum, how would I find it please?
