Changing my air filter after a dyno set up ??

I feel stupid posting this but I have just bought an I itljet dragster and has been dyno set up by the previous owner it's running a very old pm filter which is past the point of cleaning the open air filter size is 100x80 I want to replace it with the modern one which is 128x80 now will this make a difference to the way it's been set up on the dyno as in will it need re setting up or is an open filter an open filter ?? Haha stupid I know but it's playing on my mind

 

pretty sure it should run fine as ive ran with no air filter to fitting a sports air filter without any change in performance
