so i flipped my bike and broke my hebo performer pipe so for the time being i have a viper pipe :(..

it's running a polini sport 70cc kit and 22 mm carb,
what changes should be made to make up for the pipe change? as the old hebo pipe is such a 'revvier' pipe.

i also find that when bike 'changes gears' it revs really high then is revving really low? also when going past 45mph the revs just shoot up and rev more than it's moving if that makes any sense atal ? lol it's hard to explain..

    thanks..

if its automatic you might need to change your clutch springs, should help with the gearing

Its an aerox so yes its auto ill try the clutch springs but am more concerned about the loss of power i know i was going to lose some power but its lost and think this could be due to jetting i have a 86 main jet which was perfect with the hebo

says everywhere, dont guess, if you dont know the answer dont post. your just bored and confusing people....

putting a revvy pipe on will usually mean lighter rollers are needed (as the revs are dropping the faster you go) start there, altho the clutch sounds like its soft as shit and the rollers are super light (hence fucll all revs at first, then loads of revs with no movement) throw a big jet in then work backwards till you remove the rich symptoms. roller and carb guides will solve all your problems.
