Centre Stand Fitting Lugs 98 Yamaha Neos

Hi everyone,

I've recently acquired a 1998 Yamaha Neos YN 50. Of the few problems that it has is a defective centre stand. Trawling through the internet reveals that it was fitted with a Buzetti Centre Stand Repair. Could anyone take a look at the photo and tell me if the (what looks like a ) sheared bolt may have been the reason for the replacement. I 'm at a loss as to how to get this stand not to rotate around the two other lugs rather than the swivel pin below.
