Right my cbt is due to expire in june but i am looking to insure a runner 125. I have a full car lisence doies this still mean i have to retake the cbt ?
erm no, send off the cbt befor it expires... will be applyd to your licence, can ride a 50 wiht no l p[lates an carry a passenger and ride a 125 with l's for life.... dont answer based on guesswork

no, theres a thread all about it if you have a full car licence you still need to take a cbt but you can send it off to endorce your licence wiht a moped licence.. basicly its the same with 125's (need l plates and cant carry a passenger) BUT as you have moped entitlement you can ride a RESTRICTED 50 with no l plates and carry a passenger.. but ONLY if you endorce your licence with a valid cbt certificate.. if you dont have a full car licence you need to retake your cbt every few years to ride any vehicle

im in the same position. but im only looking to insure my aerox. which is a regd 50. so all you have to do is send off your cbt certificate to the dvla yes? and then you can take a passenger as well?????
is this if u passed ur driving test before 2001? cus i passed mine in december n my cbt is up in augaust
