Booked my CBT for a 125, went there and was offered a 500cc!! ended up with my CBT and Mod 1!! Well Chuffed!! Anyone else had this happen?
What? Mod one is done at a test centre and needs booking in advance. How would you just turn up somewhere and get it?
So your saying you went to a cbt place that happens to use the test centre's module 1 area as their cbt training area?
they do cbt, module 1 and 2. there is mod 1 and mod 1 test, i done mod 1 not the test. he said my riding is that good that i wont need the mod 2 or lessons just the theory and the tests
Never heard of that before! No chance at the London test centre's as they are always fully booked apart from weekends where it's mod 1 training on the test centre's area for the training schools that pay for it. Plus you legally have to have passed your motorcycle theory test to do module 1? . On a side note as long as you are over 21 it's perfectly fine to do a CBT on a bigger bike ready to take your DAS. Didn't realise that till I looked it up!
i looked confussed when he said i was on a 500, i was doing it with a girl who was refreshing her module 1 and i done better than she did! i dont need to do module 2, just mod 1 and 2 test and obviously theory. only paid £90 and i only have to pay £285 for the test from 395.
