Cbt is training don't worry about it.

On figure-of-8 just whenever you feel it leaning give the accellerator a tug then tug the brake once your level again, U -turns are trickier to master than the figure8s.

all of its a piece of piss anyway ;)

All you have to do for that is squeeze the fuck out off back brake and keep the revs high so that its easier to balance and easier to control speed

Its well easy, i had no experience on bikes at all and went ahead and did it on a 125 motorcycle instead of the scooter....sailed through it no problem.

and the figure 8 was a breeze.

Just relax and have fun! the happier you are the easier it will be for you.

It's easy honestly, so long as you're not an idiot and don't give the instructors attitude etc you should pass no problem. Just listen to what they tell you, do what they say and take it steady.

And yeah, if you'r ehaving problems with the fig 8 drag the back brake a bit for balance and keep the revs constant. U turn is fine just look where you want to go not at the road and do the same as fig 8 for balance!

The instructors that do it are alright anyway, they are bike enthusiasts so they want to help you get used to a bike and pass! When you go there, forget everything you know about riding a moped and listen to what they say. If you do what you think is correct/safe it might dangerous to other road users ;)

When i renewed my CBT my instructor told me off for only using two fingers on the brake.

    Sensible though.

Then i wheelied up and down the carpark a few times after i passed, he was fairly impressed =)
