Carbs!

    Ive got a 21mm Delly carb on my aerox with an Athena HP Kit, I want a bigger mm carb, Whats the highest i could go on a sports kit? And for that matter highest on a 70cc?

    biggest i have seen on a highly modded aerox was a 28mm pwk flat side carb , wouldn't like to be paying his petrol bills though lol think that was on a polini evolution 2 kit

    your welcome mate , well my aerox is standard other than a exhaust , rollers , clutch springs , n torque spring , n a stage 6 filter element with a removed air box snorkel , mines still running the dellorto 12mm carb but its got a 94 main jet in it standard was a 86 runs perfect

    A 24mm PWK is really the equivalent of a 21mm dellorto from what I've seen. It's bigger on paper but it's not all that much better performance-wise. Same with 28mm PWKs and 25mm dellortos.. You can run 180s with pipes on 21mms with no great loss they are quite good carbs when it comes down to it IMO.
