My 2stroke pipe from the oil pump to my carb isnt filling with 2 stroke. I had to replac my pipe as jt had a huge chunk missing. Ive tried sucking the pipe, kicking with ignition off. Revving an sucking an still not a drop

It sounds like it simply needs to be bled. When looking at the oil pump from the side of the bike you will see a small cross head screw, loosen it and oil will slowly start to weep from it. When it is seen to run smoothly tighten it up and the pump is bled.
I would then be tempted to take out the spark plug and turn her over on the starter a few times to pump it to the carb.

once you have bled the pump you then have to wait for oil to reach the carb from the pump. this took ages for my runner, so i needed up taking the pump off and spinning it over with a drill at full speed until the pipe to the carb was full

The pipe from tank to pumps filled its just getting oil from pump to carb -_-

So do i stick the little flat thing that spins on back of pump into the end of a drill?

thats what i did, then open the pump too full and spin the drill full chat, will take a while but you will eventually see the oil move along the pipe slowely
