carbon reeds or not

    so then boys carbon fibre reeds or not iv heard off a few people if i put them on theyll just break...any advice apreciated

    1st of all stop listening to people who obviously dont know what theyre
    talking about...

    just replaceing the stock steel reeds in a stock reed cage wont
    really give much in the way of a noticeable power increase!!

    But it may improve throttle responce...and if the reeds do fail...
    carbon fibre ones should pass through the engine without causing
    any damage..where as a chunk of steel reed would :D

    thanks m8 its a pm reed block aswell but just wanted to know if i should keep the carbon reeds on it thanks for the info ps it was midland scooter center who told me .fancy that a proffessional organisation talkin shit to their customers i hate having to shop there .there so unprofessional and service is poo aswell but i live miles from anywhere else.

    i had malossi reeds in a standard reed block, they did improve throttle response but one of them did snap when i was giving it some beans for a while, didnt cause any engine damage at all but was a pain in the arse when i had 2 wait 3 hours 2 be recovered lol
