anyone have any ideas what could be rong i have a 172 nrg with 25mm carb and when i hit a bump it will bog out and petrol will come out of one of the over flows on the carb then after it will be alright unless i hit another bump cheers cratch:
float is too high probably due to a sticky needle valve (part that turns the fuel fof when the float moves) a sticky float pin and a fucked fuel tap (common fault)
mine does the same thing i think its te float bowl as i checked te fuel pump it wont work with out vacueem scott please let me know if ur problem is sorted so i can do the same to mine thanks.
will do mate and let me no if you sort yours. i cleaned my carb this morning and tried to take the float out but couldnt because the float pin was stuck which was anoying cheers.
