Carb problem after rebuild :(

    Hi all, i have just stripped down my carb give it a good clean etc and put it back together, started it up and its running superb low revs ( Where as before it just bogged and died ) but now when it gets to around 15MPH it just starts to die and i cant do full throttle for more than 2 seconds without it dying, also the revs are sticking but only when coming to a stop from riding, on idle and just revving they dont stick. its a speedfight 2 standard carb and exhaust :)

    oh btw the main jet size is 55

    It's a speedfight two yeah ? Is it a 17.5 or 12mm carb ? Standard in the 12 was 72 :p

    Im not sure what carb it is... Never beeen told and dont know how to find out

    make of its on side of carb, also will say 12,or 17,5

    If it's a gutner it's more than likely the 12mm.

    As far as i can tell the only part of the carb i can see it says " surtner france " were the throttle cable goes into the carb

    wikapedia - "The Peugeot Speedfight 2 2000-2004 has a Gurtner carburetor instead of a Dellorto carburetor. " Mine is a 54 plate so it does have the Gurtner carb

    I have just replaced the spark plug, still no joy :(
