Sorry i keep posting, but the idle screw on my carb pretty much doesn't do anything, i can turn it either way and there is no difference, When i rev fully it hesitates before it revs so it obviously needs turning, but it will tighten all the way and if i unscrew it all the way it will fall out. When I'm turning the screw the spring seems as if its clicking :/ Standard carb, any ideas? Thanks.
Are you sure you're turning the idle screw? Seems near impossible that it wouldn't be working. The symptoms you are talking about relate to the idle mixture screw. It's all explained in our carb guide. http://www.scootershack.co.uk/carbguide.html
