CARB icing? or just blocked cap breather maybe

cratch: Just had brain wave chatting to some guys @ work Do scoots suffer from carb icing just a thought? Or maybe even fuel cap with blocked breather as this Nrg ive been working on which dies looses power 500 metres up the road from standstill anyone had simlar faults just a thought as going to try riding this one with cap open just for fault diagnosis point a view and also the carb icing thing had it on my 4t zx6r and gsxr in winter never a two stroke just a thought? as running out of ideas check my workshop nrg plug- (post) if you can be arsed LOL . :beg:
