Yes you can i dont care what anybody says on here if you here diffrent its bullshit...

You can get learners insurance, Which means you are able to drive a car on the terms that

    1. you are with a fully licensed/insured driver that is over the age of 21
    2. you drive with L plates at all times..

    Done and dusted

Sorry about my attitude im in a mood lol

ANY company will insure a learner... learner policy's are CHEAPER as there has to be a qualified driver in the car and there liable for the same points as the driver (look it up) there basicly saying they wont insure you as a learner OR after you passed in that car.

ye, learner specific basicly is ZERO coverage... your excess agreement is for the ammount of any laim so its basicly a contract of responcibility.. so not really insurance..

insure a car as normal. it just means you use "provisional" as licence type and "zero" as years driving experience.

no point messing about with specific's or bodging insurance, just insure as you normaly would (you know, hunt about for a decent price) the ;licence is ONE part of the questioning, if they say they cant offer you cover its down to the car, your history or your age.. its fuck all to do wiht the fact you have a provisional.
