erm i work as a general operative/returns officer in a factory, its a bit difficult to describe my job really, basically im a jack of all trades (master of none) its not really what i would describe as a highly paid job, but i learnt how to do things for my self on my bikes/scooters/cars over the years simply because i couldnt really afford to pay anyone else to do it for me :glare: but its been interesting i suppose :yahoo:
as far as i know, what most people get up to. go into the bathroom turn out. then get out with a towel
what kyle means is, i work in a factory that produces high end luxury shower enclosures, and shower trays etc etc. bit of a long story, but we had a massive factory and we had about a 100 lads producing about 80% of our range, all hand assembled, i wont name names but we're considered the Rolls Royce of the shower enclosure industry. anyway the management used the excuse of the economic down turn, to open a factory in thailand where *the real reason* the average pay is £40 a month, and made all the lads in England redundant. I was one of the 18 useful all rounders they kept on to cover building custom made to measure units (which apparently they cant trust the gooks building) and the many different jobs that need to be done in the as now distribution centre. we have 2 containers of enclosures shipped to us a week from thailand and we distribute them. anyway thats my work history story, im basically a "what ever needs doing" person or to give my official title General operative :yahoo:
