Scooter has been starting first time then one day last week just would not start. Yes its a directbike retro. There is spark. A new spark plug but how wet should the plug get when turning the engine over ? Checked the plug and just a tiny bit of sticky black stuff on the end ?..female that knows a little and would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

maybe theres a chance compression as gone and that why it wont start

2t are known for deciding to stop turning over when compression as died

that why many people are getting less touching 2t as it cost money to keep them running

ive got a 4t 125 had it since 15000km and now as 52500km and still running without issues thats 2 years of long riding aswell

I have a 18 year old Malaguti 2t 17000 km running factory fitted piston/engine and running strong! Depends on the owner and how well it’s maintained tbh

There’s a lot less to go wrong with a 2t... the most important thing with a 2t is oil!! The best money can buy every time and you’ll be golden
