Two of my friends run their cars on the stuff. Is it doable with a ped??

*edit no you cant. Petrol engine needs a spark. Diesel engines work from veg oil as they run from compression.

There is this however. Moped hybrid water fuel cells. Anyone have any experience?

Or there is this which is probably the future as far as I can tell. Hydrogen fuel cell peds

Nah, there's this stuff I've been using for a few years now called petrol, fucking brilliant stuff.

In seriousness though, yes you can run a diesel engine on 'vegetable oil' or Bio Diesel, my dads friend used to make it in his garage ahahaha, but I did use vegetable oil as 2 stroke in my moped field bike once, and it didn't seize up o_O just smelt like a chip shop and made me feel sick after abit o_O
