How about finding a breakers that has a 100 engine +
having a decco at the measurements/mountings/electricals,
etc.to give you a better idea?.

Straight up mate i'd go with the 70 sitch. ;) .,
cause if you put a 100cc motor in it an your insured? as a 50 +
you get a clued up copper who takes a recce at your engine no. ..................... .

the 100cc engine for them are crap anyway im sure a well tuned 50cc would be faster so with a 70cc kit i will be loads better

50 and 100 frames are the same so the engine would fit.

You'd need the engine and rear wheel...not sure about electrics.

As said a tuned 70 would be quicker but the 100 would be more reliable and possibly better on fuel, as long as its standard.

Legality wise they'd both be as bad IMO...doubt you'll declare the 70 kit so riding a 100 isn't any better/worse.

The engine numbers are pretty cryptic so a policeman wouldn't know other than by checking the stamp on the barrel what size it is and that's under a plastic shroud. However the 100s have a vented transmission cover which looks a little odd if you've not seen it before.

1st off your insurance would sky-rocket,
think you have to have some form of official testing,
it would need to be re-classified,tax designation altered,
thinking about it at some point myself-those are just the bits
    i've sussed so far.

was away from riding for a while/wanted
to legally de-restrict an old 50,
got about 1/2 way into the research an thought
F.this i'll leave this hassle for later,
It's not like they make it easy for you.
