my float in my 28 mill dell phbh cab has liquid in .its got the exat same amount in buth bubbles of the float . basicl issit fuked and how the hell has it got in there thx
do what? as in the floats are full of liquid? it could be how they are to raise the shutoff angle of the float but never heard of them being partially filed tbh.. id wager they are fucked but dont quote me, does it work?
came off a bike that had been sat for a year but i seen it running the day he put it away .could have had fuel in the carb and it soaked up into the float for a year i had another mito n im sure that didnt have any liquid but not 100 percent sure .the liquid fills half of the bubbles and theres almost exactly the same amount in both thats the only thing that made me think it might need to be there coz y wud they fill up the same amount . thanks for the reply m8
that would be gravity. i.e if you pure a glass of water, the water doesn't sit pissed does it. :msn1:
tbh the float angle is changed in diff ways.... id say its taken fluid in and is now not shutting off till the float level is higher, this will cause fuel to literally pour through the jet and soak up everything. change it.. there a couple quid from a dell stockist
yhyh me thinks your right minor had a skim through that cagiva furom some one suggested and they said make sure there no liquid or cracks in the float so i gotta get a new one .had a look on dell lol 18 kwid wotttttt. thanks for replies people
