Owned this for a year and a half (since new) and been modding since. it's a 2011 Yamaha BWS 125, not seen many of these in the UK yet, but they are massive in Taiwan, this is where i get all my parts from :) It is 155cc, acceleration is brutal, the torque is amazing! any more questions about spec etc, or if you need help with your BWs let me know.

Here are a few pic's from standard to how it is now..

It's running a 155 nikasil cylinder with forged race piston, still using standard crank and head, but looking at getting the head ported very soon. this is my daily rider so needs to be enough power to keep me happy... but reliable at the same time :)
it's running a TST variator... has 2 different ramp angles, one for acceleration and one for top end. running 9 and 13g rollers
    Malossi clutch
    lightened flywheel
    lightened plastic flywheel
plus alot more..... next is a 7inch extension :)

performance wise.. leaves zetec-s/saxo VTR standing at the lights, 0-60 around 7/8 secs? depending on set-up etc, current i am running low end power so max speed will be around 75 maybe 80 with wind, if i set-up for top end maybe add 5mph to the other figures

Well worth it, i've had over 10 scoots on the road in the last 5 years, and this is on a next level... modifying it on the other hand is an expensive game, looking at buying a 50 for next project

Thankyou :) Nope, just running 260 front floating caliper and standard rear drum set-up, nothing fancy.

Thanks, this is the first forum i have posted pics on and so far feedback has been great. Noise is too much to be honest, never thought i would say it as i love the noise! tiring on big journeys, but great for waking my neighbours up at 5am, highly recomend ;)

Haha bet they love that :D get some earplugs for the longer journeys, I've found they work wonders :)

this was when it was almost standard with just exhaust and standard 125. had a day of trying to break it but she's a good old beast, keeps on plodding. takes some stick bless her!

    Nice BEAST you got there,

    How fast you had her?

And how much you spent on it so far?
