right i have got the chance to buy a x reg (2000) peugeot speedfight 50 this weekend,
the reason its getting sold is because he came off it, just spoken to him and he said that its just got some scratches and that it needs a new indicator lense.
he said that the batery is flat and i should change the spark plug too.

i thught this sounded abit odd. am i right to be thinking this?
the engine has only got 8/9k miles on the clock.
is there anything i should be looking for/asking about when i go to view it?
    he only wants £100

any information would be great!

do what minor said also check around cylinder head etc might have blown head gaskets or warped head etc. also check for obvious things like bent bars leaking forks.

    What a waste of time!
    it was completely mashed!
every pannel had damage and the engine would not start at all!

    nevermind ey.
just going to focus on my ped for now.
