Beware if you are tempted to buy from "Fastpartz", when I complained that the cylinder head I had in a "Big Bore" kit was damaged, he claimed that the kit I photographed was not the one he had sent me, he claimed that neither he nor his supplier dealt with square b/b sets! Basically he sent me a Big Bore kit for a Piaggio ZIP SP 2 LC (4 sided) when I ordered a kit for a Piaggio nrg mc3 (5 sided). They are compatible, so I fitted the piston & barrel & asked him to send me a thermostat cover for the cylinder head (because the thermostat housings are different in the 2 models) I suggested that seeing as there was damage to the compression chamber that he send me a new cylinder head as well as the thermostat cover, which was the point when he accused me of trying to cheat him???? He claimed that he nor his supplier ever dealt with 4 sided kits? I have put it into the hands of e-bay's Resolution Centre to let them deal with it, but I still need a thermostat cover for a 4 sided cylinder head off a Piaggio ZIP SP 2 LC! I have fitted the cylinder head & got it running, now I need to make a "Heath Robinson" cover until I get a proper one, I have to get water flowing through it somehow? I am also concerned that the damage inside the head, might cause premature burning before it carbons up, so if you want to receive what you ordered, I suggest you stay away from "Fastpartz" or the least you will get is poor customer service, & accused of being a fraudster!
It was the fact that he had the cheek to say that what I had received was not what he sent that really pissed me off, he must think everybody is a cheat like him!
His feedback is apparently 96.4% but I don't know how many he has sold the 3.6% might represent 2 really pissed off people!
