Hi, ive been premixing my own fuel and oil and ive always out in more than needed just to be safe. My scoot hasnt ever ran properly since. It starts, misfires and cuts itself out. Ive replaced all engine components and still no good. Today took my carb to pieces only to find a buildup of white jelly in all the jets. I cleaned them all and rebuilt carb. Hopefully this should end my ongoing problem haha i was just wondering what would cause a buildup like that and what is it? Thanks people :)

That's your answer then? Whenever a bike sits it always builds up crap in the carb. Common cause of problems whenever a bike has been sitting for any period of time.

water forms white jelly like blobs in petrol,
best bet is to clean carb, drain tank, flush tank and all fuel lines, reconnect then refill with fresh pettie and oil at the right mixture ( 50/1 is pretty much fine for a road scoot unless ur running high end!)
