my aerox started smoking loads the other night, and i mean loads! i tryed to ride it home but ended up pushing it home about 5 miles! lol
i stripped it and on the top of the piston chamber thing(sorry dont know much about bikes) there are 2 leads that have melted and a friend said thats wat kept it water cooled, so i looked inside the piston chamber and apparently its meant to be polished! ha ha wel mines black! lol
i was wonderin if anyone with better knowledge than me could shed some light.
    cheers

yeah the top end gaskets have gone, causing liquid to flow into your cylinder....i had the same problem. replace top end gaskets and refill with coolant and it should be fine

i dont know what he means by its meant to be polished...?

is he talking about the cylinder itself, or the cylinder head? theres obviously going to be carbon build up no matter how clean you try and keep it...

    take some pictures...

I think hes talkin about the piston it's self, yeah illll try n get some pics on in a min. he said he thinks ill need a new piston, new base and head gaskets, small end bearing and maybe a new barrel and maybe a new crank shaft, as I said I don't know much so just took his word for it

crank should be fine, chances are the barrel is ok, just a piston kit and gaskets i would have thought.
