id say virgin broadband, no shitty phone interference with adsl filters, a real person comes to your house and fits it all for ya and the speeds are guarunteed as its a cable connection, none of this '20mb max connection' which means 3mb unless you live right next to the exchange

Bethere any day of the week. Just ring them up to find out what speed you will be getting first. They are good value for money, have a pretty good acceptable usage policy when it comes to downloading large amounts and have no plans to monitor your connection.

I'm with Virgin and have been for far too long. Yeah it's quick but you can only download small amounts between 4 and 9pm as otherwies they cap your service. Hardly unlimited then isn't it? Add to that it's a rip off.

    Then you have http://www.trustedreviews.com/networkin ... ackdown/p1

Sky aren't too bad but their fair usage policy is shit if you want to download lots.

Edit: Pipex/Tiscali are a pile of wank. They put blocks on lots of things and capping on p2p.

anyone but tiscali, they limit the speed for high users which fucks up your downloads and when its busy they cant cope with the demand
