Brakes disk and drive belt

    Hi guys, i bought a scooter recently and rear brakes disc is slightly scratched, i added a photo below. Is there a way to fix it ? And disc is scratched by bad brake pads, i'm right ? Scooter's drive belt seems to be original and never changed (because it's made by piaggio), btw scooter is 7yr's old.
    I added photo of drive belt below, is it in a good condition, should i replace it with a new one ? Thanks in advance for your help. :)

    P.S. maybe someone knows best way to clean and polish engine block ?

    Replace the belt,as for disc - irregardless of how it may look.i'd run my fingernail along it - if it catches to easily(replace it/alongside pads,as just r/placing pads just necs um quicker),stopping is an ussue that's better to be safe than sorry with,mate,mk.
