and rear brake light is mega sensetive and comes on when the bike stationary and warming up
the faintest touch will set it off, and its very dnagerous because ive got cars behind me thinking im breaking when i havent even got my hand near the lever

Probably a switch fault. Either your brake light switch isn't fitted properly, or the internal mechanism is busted.

you need to find out which switch is causing it. Unplug them one at a time to work out which one. They aren't usually adjustable, so the best bet is to get another one somewhere (ebay)

i thought it may have something to do with the sensor from the brake lever

common aerox problem, need springs behind the lever so when u let them go they come all the way back out. go into a yam dealer and look at the new aeroxs, youll notice they have the springs and the levers work, buy 2 of these springs k.
