So my project is due its m.o.t, and although it still has a way to go I have been using it to get about on. The indicators are not flashing and when the battery is attached, the lights and indicators actually go dimmer and also when I pull the brake lever the lights dim a lot. Obviously it wont pass its mot in its current state. Now I dont know a lot about electrics but now I dont know whether to bother fixing them (or attempting to) so I can still use my scoot, or just strip the thing so I can get the frame painted etc and wait until next month when i'm getting my new engine and new wiring. I could pay someone to figure out what is up with the bike but i'm on a budget and thats money i could be putting towards other mods, and also what would be the point if I am getting a new engine etc in a months time anyway? confusion!!
