Hi, Ive got an 04 aerox wich has been fine for about a year now, All of the parts are the same and I haven't messed around with the set up because it worked fine.

It got a bit hesitant and recently started to bog pretty bad at anything below 3/4 throttle, but when I build up the revs at full throttle it runs like normal.

I cleaned out the airbox and carb, and replaced the rollers and sparkplug, still no difference.

Just a bit confused because nothing has been changed set up wise, just service parts.

Everytime I run it I notice oil spitting out of the exhaust and the sparkplug is wet. Do you think down jetting it will sort it out?

    Thanks

Yeah downjet, if your plug is black and oily you want to downjet till its about a chocolate brown

Below 3/4 throttle isn't main jet territory so it will not have an effect if full throttle is ok

It was the choke. Thanks :)

The cable looked knackered so I took it off and started it up. Runs fine now :)
