bogging past half throttle

Hi. My nrg power was running fine then it started bogging around half throttle then i checked found a big split in carb manifold so i have replaced it. Started it and it idles as normal perfectly an takes off ok then get to about 15 mph at half throttle and it will bog and splutter. I have cleaned the jets an thats not made a difference

its a 50 running a doppler s3r pipe and has been upjetted to a 64 jet with a thin sponge.
Im confused as it was fine then all of a sudden mmesses up

maybe it needs adjusting again??? carb air, rollers ect ect??? because at my nrg the carb manifold got fucked as well and needed a hell of adjusting as it was working crap

had a similar issue with a Zipsp...it was running rich. A fiddle with the mixture screw soon sorted it

 

Got new rollers but im thinking its rich too but it was fine then suddenly done it? :/

 

it may have been set up originally with the split in the inlet (allowing more air in) When to replaced the split item there would be less air to the mixture making it run rich on fuel...just a thought

it was fine at first so doubt it would be that tbh. As i only noticed the split when i cleaned carb out. Must be some sort of fuel\air problem¿

could be a blocked/dirty or wet air filter thats slowing/reducing the flow of air into the carb making it run rich on fuel

 

This is pising me off now cleaned carb, tightend everything. Mani, airbox ect.

maybe you should put the standard jets on?

 

Dont hav em haha might buy standard sponge in airbox an rejet it for just a pipe. Just cba with it haha then at night i end up wanting to sort it lol
