My regulator (125 2t typhoon) started to provide more watts then it should have and it blows all the bulbs and fuses. But the thing is that till now it was working good so anyone knows why it broke/blew? Can a short in the wires coming from the flywheel cause it to blow? Or can it just break over time?
Rectifier regulators can go on the fritz at any time. The regulator side died on yours, so you need to buy a new regulator rectifier, at least they aren't expensive. You might want to get the battery checked over too, as that might also have fried if the master fuse on the red wire didn't blow.
