bit of help

    don't suppose anyone happens to know the stock roller weight and jet size for a 1995 typhoon 50 ? and also what size the rollers are ? cheers

    The rollers are 19x15.5mm, 6.4 grams and you need six of them. I don't know the jet size, sorry.

    Depends if its the xr or not merlin.
    The other two models are 16 x 13 8.5gr
    I saved the roller download as well;)

    On the Typhie I'm restoring (fully stock de-restricted) it has a 6 mm 70 jet - but I have heard that early models like a bit more. I'd start with 80 & work down -

    Just found a Haynes manual the 1995 50cc has a 70 jet as stock but the 80cc has a 63 as stock but the 50cc has a 12mm carb and the 80cc has a 17.5 carb
