m after a website to name the derbi parts by there long codes,like the companys use


i need a diagram of the loom to,reason being these lol




the last one theres fuk all near it to plug in
??

and how do you get this off?i have got the bolt lose but wont come off?

the last pic of the wires, the black one, is it coming from the rad?

 

You want a flywheel puller to get that off, as there's not enough room to get it off any other way.
Halfords or machine mart should do cheap ones

 

yeh i think so ,will have ganders proper tomoz only, had a hour today

jennings1992 its a rcr with derbi panels, ment to be the same bike so maybe you will find a gilera alternator?

 

aye forgot about them makin similer bikes lol

did you get the flywheel off yet????

if you don't have the proper puller...you need a bit of 6mm plate about the same size as the flywheel
drill and tap M8 hole in the centre and then set out the threaded holes in the existing flywheel on the same PDC. Bolt the plate to the flywheel with those holes and then wind in the M8 bolt onto the crank end

a bit like this but thread the centre hole (found the pic on the net)
