incorrectly jetting it so not enough fuel/ 2 stroke, thus the bike will sieze

Lack of oil can also kill a crank before it kills the barrel.

For example if this handn't been a Malossi crank it would have snapped the conrod easily.

but if it was still a cold motor or getting very hot then it's not psn's fault

nor do i. none of my A/Cs have them and my LC one is disconnected, you can feel a heatseize coming on if you know your bike well, also the temp guage probably wouldnt go up that high anyway.

the conrod ent fuked at all...theres no horizontla movement and moved freely up + down so it ent that....the cylyder etc is all fine aswell as the piston...could it be transmission related that the kick start is solid ?

looks it to me...but if it was the crank it would turn the kick start with the cylinder of ... no?...but evrythin is off and it still dont turn wich makes me think its transmission/bearings

to take it to a shop would cost a mimimum of £300, its a complete engine rebuild with new gaskets, main bearings, little end and whatever other parts have been damaged. it's possible that it has spun a bearing in the crankcases or on the crank which would write the part off.

ye but i can get the engine rebuild for like 70 quid from ex-midland sc mechanic...he works on all bikes from harleys to peds...he did mine for me...making it cheap to repair
