Right, its been raining bad down here last few days and the wet roads+oil tryed to kill me.. (i fell off :blush: ) But. i got it home fine, started right back up after i fell off but then the next mornin i went to start it for college an it just wouldnt start its tuning over just not starting? Checked all my fuel lines are still in place etc carbs fine Maybe something in my tranny has came loose? i would check but i cant find a flippin 8mm! Any Ideas?
Right. took my top end off earlier to find this Big fat score in my barrell. but the rest of it seems fine no scores or nothing and my rings and piston look like new Would this be why my bike isnt starting though?
Talk about jumping in deep end! You checked fuel but did you check for a spark? There were so many other things to check before taking topend off :cray:
It was a little extreme to jump too, but that barrel is scrap anyway so it needs replacing. Im sure a post in the wanted section will turn up a cheap barrel if ya need one in a hurry, i might even have a malossi 70 air cooled barrel kit somewhere?? Ill take a look.
