my bike is a gilera stalker , polini sport 70 kit , 19mm carb , zx pipe , polini high speed variator , polini blue contra spring and blue clutch springs , im curently using the 6.3 gram rollers that came with the kit but the bike takes off fine then seems to rev its nuts off and splutter and pop and gain no more pace or seem to hit the higher gear , the jetting is set up sweet , plug running chocolaty brown maybe a little rich but i prefer it like that , any help much appreciated as i need it to run sweet for my 20 mile trip to work everyday
i've got same problem pal, i had standard rollers in with a gianelli pipe and it ran fine just slow up hills, so dropped them by 1.2gram, then it would get to 20 and bog like a bitch, so put standard rollers back in for daily trip to sixth form and i'll be ordering rollers that are about 0.8gr lighter.
