Also i had some 5.5 rollers but chnge them to 6.1 but my bike is reving more its re ing at like 10k revs how can i cange these ?
Sounds like there may be an air leak on the inlet side. Did your mechanic replace the carburettor gaskets?
i dont think so how do i get to te needle to check ? is it near the throtle cable attaches to the carn suroded by a spring ?
It's inside the carb, mate. You'll have to dismantle the carb to get to it. I managed to get to mine without taking the carb off the bike, but thats a Malaguti. Yours may be different.
You need to unscrew the top off your carb and pull the slide out, (The small cylinder attatched to your throttle cable) The needle is attatched to the bottom of the slide, by means of a clip. The needle usually has 3 grooves in it and you can position the clip into any of the 3 grooves to alter the mid range fuelling. if you were to adjust the needle to its top setting/notch youd weaken the mixture. setting the needle to a lower clip position would richen the mixture.
